Metta was founded in 2008, by Joanita Figueiredo, a former nurse-turned-yoga teacher knew it was never destined to be a typical spa. We didn’t want the bureaucracy, the revolving door of spa, and outrageous egos that we knew drove many health spa. Instead, our priorities were fixed from the beginning on three things – doing great work and making visually impaired self confident and employed.
 

We never set out to be the biggest, most cutting edge, or hippest spa out there, because good business isn’t about those things – it’s about delivering outstanding solutions that are sensible and that drive profit.
